SAD DADS
SAD DADS CLUB helps fellow bereaved fathers navigate life after loss by nurturing a supportive community and providing access to mental health services.
Rather than walk a lonely road, the Sad Dads carry each other and an ever-growing group of other loss fathers through the darkest parts of this journey. These incredible Mainers endeavor to bring joy back into their lives and the lives of other Sad Dads while honoring the children they lost. They’ve birthed a global community with members from Maine to California and Auckland to Vancouver. A registered 501c3, the Sad Dads Club meets weekly and gathers for retreats in Vacationland.
Through live events, daily Instagram posts, and long-form essays, Rob, Chris, and Jay have created a safe and supportive space for fathers to grieve and grow together. In addition to building community, the organization is committed to fundraising to ensure other loss parents have access to life-saving mental health support.

Reflections Grief and Wellness Care
Our mission is to provide emotional and financial support used to facilitate healing to those who have suffered the traumatic loss of a child. Our programs range from assisting with bereavement support, education and funeral expenses.
We want to embrace a sense of unity among child loss. A child is a child regardless of age or circumstance. Our mission is to fill the gaps of child loss, providing a place for all families to heal.
Recognizing that traumatic losses extend beyond child loss, individuals and families who are in need of grief and wellness care, are never denied the emotional support they need regardless of affordability or insurance coverage.
